In addition to the issues referred to in the Framework Agreement you have executed with Bilira Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. (“Company” or “BiLira”), it is imperative that you read, understand and evaluate the below defined risks. This Risk Disclosure Form was prepared for providing you with information on the general risks related to crypto assets. We hereby provide the following information regarding your transactions on our platform primarily including but not limited to the services referred to in the Framework Agreement.
You may either profit after your transactions in the Crypto Asset markets or may face losses or, as defined in detail above, you may even lose your entire assets.
Because of that, prior to deciding on a transaction, you must understand the risks that you may face in crypto asset markets, and make your decisions based on your financial income level and restrictions.
For this purpose, please read, understand and accept the general terms and conditions of the “Crypto Asset Transactions General Risk Disclosure Form” as stated in Article 21 of the Communique No. III-35/B.1 “Communique on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Crypto Asset Service Providers.”
“I/we hereby represent and warrant that I/we have read and understood the Risk Disclosure Form and accept entire risks on the crypto asset purchase, sales and transfers.”
(This Risk Disclosure Form is an annex and integral part of the Framework Agreement entered by and between you and BiLira).
