What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a dedicated Retention Marketing Manager to design and implement strategies that enhance customer loyalty and engagement. Your role will focus on the post-acquisition journey of our users, ensuring a satisfying and value-driven experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage customer lifecycle communications, including emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Optimize messaging and functionality on our website and app for maximum user engagement.
• Optimize and manage loyalty and referral programs.
• Implement strategies to increase user retention and lifetime value (LTV).
• Collaborate with the creative team and leverage ChatGPT for content creation.
• Analyze user data to inform experimentation roadmaps.
• Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Ensure tech stack relevancy and efficiency.
• Manage and report on key metrics to optimize future campaigns.
• Foster effective retention loops.
• Work closely with the product and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

• BA, MS, or PhD degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of proven experience in retention management, lifecycle marketing, and growth marketing preferably in a startup.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of discipline and integrity.
• Both B2B and B2C experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Read, write, understand and communicate)
