What We’re Looking For

We are in search of a highly skilled Acquisition Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into loyal customers, playing a vital role in our growth and success.


  • Develop and implement robust acquisition strategies across organic social media, brand partnerships, and influencers/KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
  • Develop a robust content marketing strategy and calendar with a focus on SEO.
  • Lead performance marketing efforts on platforms like AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage Telegram channels
  • Collaborate with the creative team and utilize ChatGPT for content creation.
  • Create and manage effective acquisition loops.
  • Design and manage incentive and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Engage in PR activities, webinars and event organization as required.
  • Enhance our tech stack based on needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign results to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with overall business objectives.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing for campaign optimization.
  • Develop marketing playbooks and process documents.
  • Manage community building initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

  • BA, MS, or PhD degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of proven experience in digital campaign management, performance marketing, SEO, and SEM preferably in a startup 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of discipline and integrity.
  • Both B2B and B2C experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Read, write, understand and communicate)
