Responsibilities
- Help to manage and optimize marketing campaigns and run initiatives.
- Support team members in community building, content creation, marketing campaigns, and agency communications.
- In-depth market and sector research to track and monitor trends.
- Propose and implement successful optimization strategies and solutions based on data.
- Work effectively as a team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication, and update team members on progress.
- An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal relationships with different levels across the organization.
- Support team to A/B test and deliver new approaches based on the results.
Ideal candidate
- +2 years of experience in marketing and related areas; community, paid marketing, content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong interest and intermediate knowledge in Blockchain topics, including: DeFi, Stablecoins, NFTs.

- Proactiveness and finesse will be main determinant of your success.
- Genuine curiosity to understand businesses and industries and how to relate to them through market research.
- Eager to dynamically learn and develop.
- Pursues interest over project management.
- Ability to track, monitor and report progress.
- Experience in managing the social media channels of businesses and organizations.
- Knowledge over ads panels and how to manage digital campaigns. (GoogleAds, Business Facebook)
- Intermediate MS Office Set, especially in MS Excel.v
- Well developed communication skills and comfortable to work with teams.
- Native in Turkish, Fluent in English.
