How can I change the email associated with my BiLira Account?
If you are unable to access your email address, you need to follow the procedure below to verify you are the account owner which will then allow you to change your email.
- Picture of the front face of your ID
- The email address that is registered on your account
- Selfie with Request Document* (A selfie that shows your face clearly while holding your original ID as well as your email change request document)
- Bank receipt consisting of “issuance” and “redemption” transactions you have completed on your account.
Example Request Document: “I cannot access the email address “**@*.com” I used to login to my BiLira account. Please update the email associated to my account to “**@*.com”.
Name, Surname / Date and signature
