In order for any user to make a transaction on the BiLira platform, they need to provide their personal information completely and accurately

You can either complete your verification process by following the steps below, or by watching the video below

Click the Login button on the BiLira platform.

Enter the “member login page” and click on "forgot my password".

If you are unable to access your email address, you need to follow the procedure below to verify you are the account owner which will then allow you to change your email.
