What we’re looking for

BiLira is looking for a highly disciplined and trustworthy Junior Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing money, preferably from a corporate background. As a Junior Trader at BiLira, you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial strategies, executing trades, and contributing to the overall success of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Utilize data analytics tools and technologies to gather insights for informed decision-making.

Trade Execution:

• Execute trades across various platforms in accordance with established trading strategies and make no mistake.
• Monitor market conditions and make timely decisions to maximize profitability and minimize risks.

Risk Management:

• Implement risk management protocols to protect the company's assets and investments.
• Regularly assess and adjust risk exposure based on market dynamics.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and make recommendations for adherence.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular reports on trading activities, performance metrics, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to provide insights for financial planning and decision-making.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members, including developers and data scientists, to enhance trading strategies and optimize processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• BA, MS, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a must).
• Min. 2 years of proven experience in trading and financial/money management, preferably in a corporate company.
• Treasury, Capital Markets, and Trading experience is a plus. 
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of discipline and integrity.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Read, write, understand and communicate)
