Job Description

The role requires someone with a great attitude and strong work ethic. In addition to other duties, Operations Specialists interact with customers daily, providing top quality support across multiple channels. The environment is fast-paced and requires you to think quickly on your feet. You are a natural problem solver and can maintain a friendly and professional tone in any situation. You have a sharp attention to detail and can juggle many tasks at once. You should be a proven team player. The ideal candidate:

  • Support the onboarding process for BiLira customers 
  • Identify and resolve issues reported by customers
  • Manage all levels of customer support within our queues
  • Maintain user friendly and effective FAQ 
  • Provide QA for our KYC and Onboarding process
  • Manage and process daily banking actions (crypto and fiat)
  • Support office management in collaboration with BiLira management


Extra Points & Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience in customer support & operations
  • Educational background or previous experience in crypto, blockchain or FinTech
  • Fluent in English (reading & writing)
